Grounding is a useful way of overcoming anxiety and trying different methods means that you have the ones that work for you any time you feel stressed.


Stuck in traffic? Late? Worried About a Meeting? Nervous About a Social Situation? Grounding can really help calm your nerves by refocusing your mind.


On my Instagram Page I am sharing different grounding techniques for you to try or share with someone else who may like to try them. Practice until you find what works best for you.
